Hold Additional Activities

Bake sales, raffles and silent auctions are another way to kick your Pancake Breakfast up a notch but it is your organization’s responsibility to own these additional fundraising activities.

Coordinate Other Events

Weather permitting & with enough volunteers, car washes coordinated along with a Pancake Breakfast are a great way to raise additional dollars. Please know that not all restaurants host car washes. You will need to call your local Applebee’s restaurant and speak with the General Manager to see if it’s an option at their restaurant.

Make Breakfast Fun

Make the Breakfast even more fun! If your event is near the holidays, make it a Pancake Breakfast with Santa! Creativity is encouraged but it’s your financial responsibility if you choose to do so. Just make sure you coordinate with the restaurant’s General Manager ahead of time if you plan on having a special guest or doing something outside of the normal Breakfast. We want to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Look Like A Team

Look like a team! Wear your team’s uniform, fun shirts or the charitable organization’s colors to show your pride on the day of your Breakfast.

Communicate

Use internal and external communication methods to let your friends, family, co-workers and fellow supporters of your cause know about your event and how to purchase tickets. Email, post to all social media channels, put up flyers throughout the community! The more you advertise, the more opportunities for ticket sales!
