Simply contact the event organizer to purchase your tickets and come to the Applebee’s on the event date listed below for a delicious pancake breakfast that consists of 3 pancakes (all-you-can-eat!), 2 slices of bacon & your choice of beverage (coffee, soda, tea, orange juice or milk). Now that’s what we call short stacks for a TALL cause!

As we celebrate our 14 year Health Fair / Fun Festival for adults and children. Our primary goal is to inform the Chicago Chatham community of the many health related programs, social services, and direct contact information of providers located in our Chicago land areas. We provide (basic health screenings, immunizations, and blood pressure and glucose checks) as well as a variety of informational booths and other health services.
